Finally, we plan to establish a governance structure that gives the community a voice in the platform's decision-making processes. This will include regular community votes on important platform decisions, as well as the ability for community members to submit their own proposals for platform improvements. By giving the community a say in how the platform is run, we hope to ensure that Conscious Network always remains true to its core values of decentralization, transparency, and accountability.

Also as part of our commitment to creating a platform that prioritizes human decision-making and governance, we are introducing SoulT - a Hardtime Special Vote Token that can only be obtained through mining. SoulT is a unique token that is untradeable and unexchangeable, and will forever remain in the custody of the user. This means that every SoulT holder has a vested interest in the success and sustainability of the Conscious Network, and can use their SoulT to vote on important platform decisions. By ensuring that SoulT is only obtainable through mining and cannot be exchanged or traded, we are creating a more democratic and decentralized governance structure that prioritizes the voice of the community. We believe that SoulT will be a powerful tool for empowering the Conscious Network community and ensuring that the platform always remains true to its core values.

Governance mechanisms and decision-making processes

At Conscious Network, we believe that effective governance is essential to creating a platform that is truly decentralized, transparent, and accountable. That's why we have created a unique governance model that prioritizes human decision-making and ensures that the will of the conscious community cannot be manipulated.

Our governance model is based on two core principles: decentralized governance and centralized governance. Normal Governance Token CVN is the decentralized governance token that can be freely traded and used for voting on important platform decisions. This ensures that every member of the Conscious Network community has a say in how the platform is run, and that decisions are made based on the will of the majority.

In addition to decentralized governance, we have also introduced a centralized governance mechanism in the form of our Hardtime Special Vote Token, SoulT. Unlike CVN, SoulT is untradeable and unexchangeable, and can only be obtained through mining. This ensures that every SoulT holder is truly invested in the success and sustainability of the Conscious Network and that the token cannot be manipulated by outside interests.

We call our governance model SOUL, which stands for Secure, Open, Universal, and Lasting. By creating a governance model that is secure, open, and universal, we are ensuring that every member of the Conscious Network community has a voice in how the platform is run,

regardless of their level of expertise or experience. And by making SoulT unexchangeable, we are ensuring that the will of the conscious community cannot be manipulated by outside interests or large holders.

At the Conscious Network, we believe that effective governance is about more than just making decisions. It's about creating a culture of transparency, accountability, and collaboration that empowers individuals to take ownership of their own destiny. That's why we are committed to creating a platform that is truly decentralized and community-driven, and that prioritizes the voice of the conscious community in all of its decision-making processes. Voting Process

ConsciousDAO has taken an innovative approach to governance mechanisms and decision-making processes, recognizing the importance of community input and ensuring that the community's voice cannot be easily manipulated. In addition to the traditional DAO voting process, the network has introduced a multi-level voting system that includes the use of the untradable token soulT. This unique approach ensures that only real people are voting, helping to prevent bots or fake accounts from skewing the results.

The proposal types on Conscious Network include param updates, which update chain parameters like inflation rates, chain upgrades, which update node software, and community spend, which sends CVN from the Community Pool for different incentives only when more than 50% of the votes are in favor, excluding users who abstained. To ensure that proposals are thoroughly considered, they must go through several stages of status updates, beginning with the initial submission and ending with either approval or rejection. During the CVN Period, $CVN holders can vote to approve or reject the proposal once the minimum deposit has been reached. If more than 50% of $CVN holders approve the proposal, it moves to the soulT Period, where $soulT holders can object. If no objections are raised, the proposal is executed. However, if a $soulT holder objects, the proposal moves to the Admin Period, where CVN Admin can approve or reject the proposal. The final status of a proposal can be rejected, passed, or failed.

By utilizing the untradable token soulT, Conscious Network has created a system that puts decision-making power in the hands of real people and not bots or fake accounts. This helps to maintain the integrity of the voting process and ensures that the network is truly governed by the will of the community.
